The Apprentice is where the hospitality students of TAFE NSW strut their stuff for the public, preparing meals to a fine dining standard from the comfort of their campus. Contemporary cuisine is offered at pinch of the price of more conventional fine dining establishments, with the students responsible for preparing a different set menu every day.
