As the name may have given away, the potion-masters at this tapas bar are true searchers, constantly striving to achieve the perfect brew. Rather than turning lead into gold, curing all disease or creating a potion of eternal youth, the master mixologists at the Alchemist have dedicated themselves to a truly noble pursuit - a cool bar with great drinks and tasty tapas.
Expect to see a range of cuisines employed in the search for the perfect food to accompany a tipple. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours dominate the menu in the form of lamb kofte, patatas bravas and grilled chorizo; however, the addition of steamed dumplings shows that these alchemists will go to the ends of the earth in pursuit of palate perfection.
