The 25th Floor sits high above many of its Sydney restaurant counterparts, literally. From their vantage point on the 25th storey of their William Street location, the restaurant provides diners with some spectacular views of Sydney Harbour to go with the modern international cuisine. While the establishment prides itself on its contemporary, decadent atmosphere, an equal highlight has to be its steaks, which generally come served with roasted kipfler potatoes, thyme field mushrooms and a cabernet reduction jus.
