If the signature lemongrass beef is anything to go by, you can expect this restaurant to serve a simple and traditional selection of Thai food. Set inside a modest building, the decor here is decidedly minimal. Eastern art pieces line the walls, with cushioned chairs and grey tablecloths making up the central theme. Vegetarians are given a good choice of meals, including a green curry with vegetables, beancurd in ginger sauce and a mixed stir-fry. This low-key dinner spot is ideal for families looking for a cheap but tasty eat.

Recommended!
My husband and I have always loved to eat out mainly in the UK but in places all over the world. We have eaten at the Thai on the Hill approximately 6 times over the last 6 months. We have tried various dishes and have never been disappointed. The staff are always helpful and even when we haven't made a reservation they try their best to fit us in. My husband is a really fussy eater but he NEVER complains about this restaurant. The room itself is large the decor isn't offensive but not exciting, the prices are reasonable and the amounts are ok. We highly recommend you try different dishes YOU WONT be disappointed!!!

Good Takeaway
We often get takeaway on a Friday night. The quality of the food can vary from one Friday to the next. Some weeks the curry is watery. On average it is good. Can recommend the Green chicken curry and the Lemon Grass Beef. Staff could learn to smile.

We ate here last night for the first time. From the moment we entered the door the staff were friendly and efficient in showing us to the table and going through the menus.
The decor is very bright with intense red walls, and no dim lighting. The food was ordinary and expensive for the portion sizes.
There are better Thai restaurants in Perth.
