Another great yet underrated restaurant that fills the void between eating at home and special-occasion dining, this friendly little local is a Gladesville stalwart for those in the know. Other Thai joints in the area may have flashier decor, but for authentic taste, value for money and fresh ingredients, the Noodle Hut is hard to beat. The laksas are particularly good here - that is, if you can be tempted away from the red curry chilli pork.
