Unlike many suburban Thai eateries, the menu here isn't afraid to stray from the classics. The usual suspects of red, yellow and green curries stand alongside a plethora of stir-fried combinations, but there's much more depth and scope on offer here. The duck and lychee curry is an earthy mix of gamey goodness, delicately countered with the tart sweetness of lychee and a dash of coconut cream. The banana leaf salad is a quirky yet delicious mix of fresh Thai herbs and vegetables dressed in a sweet and tangy vinaigrette. Plus, the great little wine shop across the road is a bonus, considering this is BYO only.
