The food on offer here ranges from classic Thai staples to westernised creations adapted for local tastes. Deep-fried crumbed chicken with plum sauce may not be readily available in Bangkok kitchens, but that's not to say it isn't an exceptionally tasty fusion of cuisines. If this doesn't take your fancy, then the profusion of local produce just might. The Moreton Bay bug in ginger and shallot sauce is another fantastic example of Thai food's adaptability.
