This aptly titled restaurant is named for the Thai capital during its heyday between 1350 and 1767. Just as the name represents the pinnacle of the Thai kingdom, the food at Ayuthaya showcases the best dishes that Thailand has to offer. For something a little different, try the Pot of Siam, a fragrant and spicy soup with fresh chilli, tamarind sauce, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice and fresh basil.
