Tender Trap is a truly unique gastronomic experience. Chef David Stewart's culinary creations are wonders of the imagination. Asian-inspired cuisine might be paired on a plate with solid European fare and outlandish combinations (such as scallops with strawberry jelly) abound. Whether or not it works is up to you to decide, but there is never a dull moment with this eclectic chef behind the pass. The rest of the dining experience is reassuringly familiar - good solid service in a stylish, contemporary setting - serving to further highlight the unfamiliar nature of these imaginative dishes.

Great Dining Experience
This would have to be my favourite restaurant. The service is first class. The food is fantastic. Highly recommended.
