For anyone who has tried a good ramen, the claim of having the best in Australia will be enough to pique your curiosity about this little Japanese cafe. For everyone else, take it on faith and do yourself a favour by trying a ramen from Taro's.
There are many different styles of ramen, almost as many as there are provinces in Japan, but rest assured Taro has tried and mastered just about all of them, from a thin shoyu (soy sauce) ramen to a thick and rich Hakata tonkotsu. For a true indulgence, order ahead for dinner and get the Bangalow sweet pork shabu-shabu hotpot.
