Primarily a specialist teahouse, T Bar also provides a small and specialised convenience menu for diners. However, tea is the focus here, and the array of choices for the discerning 'tea soak' is amazing. Black, green, flavoured, scented, herbal - you name it, it's available. For those wanting more than just a hot cuppa, an array of tea-ware and tea-oriented foods abound. The Scotch baps are popular for those wanting a fast and healthy snack, while the cakes in the cabinet are both delicious and (primarily) healthy. If you're feeling adventurous, you have to try the zucchini cake, best matched with a delicious pot of formosa oolong. The seating crosses three dining areas: the Captain's tables for those wanting a read with their tea, the on-street seating for those wanting alfresco, and seating within the famous Adelaide Central Markets. Even when the markets are closed, the seats are still available for a quiet cuppa.
