You can't bring the Swiss Alps to Australia, but you can bring culture. That's exactly what these expats have done with the Swiss Club of Victoria, a social club with its very own classic-styled restaurant. Open to the general public and club members alike, the restaurant serves traditional Swiss cuisine, which draws upon the culinary influences of its neighbouring countries like France, Italy and Germany. For something French-inspired, perhaps a chicken cordon bleu is in order. Alternatively maybe an Italian-tinged mixed seafood risotto, or a German-style rosti (a popular Swiss-German potato bake) is more to your taste.
