A true pastry master, Leanne Beck has caused an excited stir with her long list of pastry creations. At her flagship cafe and bakery, Sweet Infinity, Beck creates true taste sensations with lovely pies such as duck, red wine and orange; pumpkin and fetta; and chicken and sweet corn in a white wine sauce.
The pies are only the tip of the iceberg for this enterprising pastry chef, with her arsenal extending to ethereal lemon tarts, flourless chocolate cakes, and a selection of sourdough breads. Sweet Infinity is a great place to go for a morning coffee and pastry before an arduous day in front of a computer screen.
