Degustation or just make it easy for yourselves?
I really do not know what the fuss is about? I wonder if Svago is just way to relaxed!! Since when does a restaurant decide that a degustation is the way they wish to serve? We did not even get to see a menu and I had to request the wine list...bizare! The service was okay and for what little we had in the degustation was excellent! I imagine that Svago would be great if you could order off a menu and perhaps sample what the chef is really good at.
