Sushi bars may be springing up all over Sydney, but that's testament to the demand for delicious traditional Japanese morsels. Sitting just opposite the Coca Cola sign, and having opened in July 2009, Sushi Yachiyo presents diners with familiar and exotic Japanese sushi and sashimi sensations, carefully created by owner/chef Mitsuhiro Yashio. Some highlights include edamame, agedashi tofu, teriyaki chicken gozen, and soft shell crab in herb kakiage tempura.
