This bright and cheery diner manages to fit dozens of people in a small amount of space, packed around the sushi train centrepiece itself. Plates of traditional Japanese delicacies, like California rolls and ikura (salmon roe sushi), move past fast, so it's best to stake out your favourites as soon as you see them.
