Sushi Train, now an Australia-wide chain of Japanese eateries, reliably delivers fresh sushi treats that are paraded right before your eyes on a conveyer belt, like a moving smorgasbord. If you're not full enough from the California rolls or miso soup, Sushi Train also offers desserts including green tea mousse, tiramisu and jelly.

Delicious quality food, friendly and quick service..
I eat here at least once a week..No matter what day you could be having, being greeted by the staff always when you enter always gives a nice feeling :) There is always someone there waiting to help you if you need to order something in particular, or would like a drink.. Their sushi and Sashimi is the freshest i have had in Sydney..They are quite happy to make something up for you if its not on the menu, they also do a killer Chicken Teriyaki which comes with a side salad, I always order a side serving of Sushi rice, which is the vinegar rice they use..If you try and ask to get this anywhere else, they will either charge you more for it or say its not available usually. The vinegar rice is really nice if you order a Sashimi dish also.
This place can get very busy most nights, sometimes there is a line up, but don't let that deter you from waiting as the line moves pretty quickly, if your just one person, your almost guaranteed a seat straight away..
