As a nation we are firmly in the grips of the sushi train craze and it doesn't look like stopping. But when the sushi is this fresh, tasty and affordable why would anyone want it to?
The Sushi Roll franchise started more than a decade ago and has since gone from strength to strength. Building a solid reputation for fresh seafood and friendly service, the brand now boasts stores all across New South Wales. The usual train suspects make an appearance at all of the Sushi Roll outlets, from nigiri to inari and sashimi, but don't be afraid to go off-train. The shabu shabu hotpot and grilled king prawns on the a la carte menu are definitely worth at least one try.
