Situated in the Galeries Victoria and right under Ichi Ban Boshi (home of some of Sydney's best ramen), Sushi Hotaru might just be the best sushi train in Sydney. It's not just the incredibly long train that makes Hotaru so good, nor the iPad touch screen ordering in the booths. It's the extensive range of dishes you just can't find anywhere else. Grilled engawa nigiri and raw scampi aren't you're usual menu items for a standard sushi train, and at the ridiculously low price being asked both dishes are a must. This place proves that not all sushi trains are created equal.
