Part of the fiery Bushfire Flame Grill, this chic and unique cocktail and tapas bar establishes a cooler mood with its collections of Aboriginal art, South Pacific Island knick-knacks, and relics of local history. The cocktails impressively make the most of Cairns' tropical fruits and local produce, as displayed in concoctions like the "Cairns Devil", featuring Sagatiba rum, caramel syrup, fresh lime, Mareeba Gold pineapple and chilli. Tapas treats include barbecued North Queensland prawns with a rum glaze, and Spanish-style empanadas (meat-filled pastries).
