For more than 30 years, Stuyvesant's House has been providing discerning diners with top quality European food. Rudi and Max are brothers from Germany whose love of cooking has filtered down from their mother. After travelling through Germany, Austria and Switzerland, they arrived in Australia and opened Stuyvesant's House in 1973. The menu consists of European-influenced dishes, with more than a few flashes of German and Dutch inspiration. They also offer a selection of fresh live seafood, including mud crab and lobster.
