This unique restaurant offers do-it-yourself cooking on searing hot stones, heated to 300 degrees and brought to your table along with your choice of meat and sides, for you to cook to your taste. Just the work of an extremely lazy chef? Well no, the fun of cooking is actually adds to the experience of eating here, and makes this a different and fun dining destination. A lot of work and care goes into preparing the dishes before they come out, with the filet mignon lovingly wrapped in bacon and stuffed with Coffin Bay oysters, and the French-cut lamb cutlets marinated in Moroccan spices. Plus, as an added bonus for the proprietors of this ingenious little number, you have no one to blame but yourself for a burnt steak.
