From an old-fashioned heritage building to a hyper-modern multi-functional bar, cafe, lounge, function and live music venue, the Stones Corner Hotel has undergone something of a renaissance for the 21st century. The cafe is particularly popular with its alfresco street-dining appeal, gigantic open space, and extensive mod-Oz-meets-everything-else menu. The premium chargrilled steaks are especially mighty players on the menu, though you could just as easily finish up a pumpkin risotto or oysters Kilpatrick if that's your bag.
