A piping hot slab of heat-retaining volcanic rock is brought to you, along with your choice of food, allowing you to cook it to your liking and revel in the aromas. As you might expect, there are plenty of meat offerings to be grilled, like eye fillet steak, chicken breast and even kangaroo fillet, but for an extra kick of flavour, choose from a marinated cut like pork tenderloin of beef satay skewers.
