Located on the ground floor of Rydges Parramatta, a smart refurbishment and a brand new approach to dining has done wonders for this hotel restaurant. Around breakfast, the "rise" concept comes into play, with an emphasis on fresh produce, quality coffee, tea, juice, fruit smoothies and eggs cooked to order. On most evenings, the "Fire and Ice" concept takes effect, as the traditional buffet and a la carte dining combine, allowing guests to choose among a range of freshly prepared meats and watch the theatrics of the qualified chef at the live cooking station cook their meal.
