With leather-bound menus and views of King Street Wharf, the discerning steak aficionado will luxuriate with the choice of meat, from the shank down to the shin, on the menu here. There's the wagyu with a marble count of 10, as well as cuts from renowned cattle farms in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
While the fare on the menu is definitely steak-heavy, there are plenty of dishes of the non-red meat variety such as the crispy skin ocean trout with roast artichokes, kipfler potatoes, beans and pancetta, or the pumpkin ravioli with sage butter, walnuts and pancetta.
