A casual, cool space right on the water and displaying artwork for sale on its walls, Steel Tree is a relaxed but up-market cafe/restaurant that offers a laidback atmosphere by day and something a little more intimate by night. The lunch specials (such as a main meal and a glass of wine for a bargain) are well worth your time, as are the excellent coffees and desserts like sticky date pudding. A light, bright and breezy change from Rockingham's usual options, this place has become an instant favourite.
