Billed as head chef Damian Heads' take on an express lunch, the menu is just as compact as the space itself. A wagyu beef sandwich with wholegrain mustard, gherkins, red onion and lettuce on Sonoma mix-grain lets you know that this little cafe still embodies all the culinary principles of its older brother up above.
