We went during super Tuesday and the service was terrible. The staff was grumpy and rushed us through the whole meal. We were told we had to order dessert with the mains cause they were busy.

A few of our friends were running late and about 15 mins after our booking time, one of the waitresses came up to us and asked where the other people were. She told us 'You know you booked for 6 right? This is our busiest day. Can you ring them and let us know how many minutes they'll be?' We said sorry but they'll be arriving soon. We'll order an entree to share first to help speed things up. She replied with "Can you ring them now?"

When we told the same waitresses later that our drinks have been a while. She stood there looked at us and said 'What?', and then told us the drinks will come when the bar makes them.

The row of lights above our heads were flickering the whole night and gave us a headache when trying to read the menu.

The steak was overcooked and a bit burnt on the outside. The mushroom side was delicious though. And all the desserts were quite good.

Although we went during the day of discount, we weren't expecting such bad service. Other restaurants we have been to during Super Tuesday had better service than that.

It was a very quiet sunday evening, yet somehow staff seemed to ignore us.

I was almost ready to walk out when a lady came to take our order.

2x Rib eye's arrived 15mins later.
The steaks were cooked perfectly and had a lovely flavour.
Not the best steak i have ever had but it was up there.
The highlight for me were the side of mushrooms.

Very disappointing considering I brought two friends from interstate along. For starters, when you make a booking for a certain time, there is no excuse for the table not being ready for over 30min, that should have been managed better.

Whilst waiting at the bar, it took almost 20min to even get a drink. The so called 'waiter' had no idea and was quite defensive from the start. We didn't even get menus until we asked for them 10 min after being seated. Antipasto dish was very ordinary and overpriced for what we got. The steaks were tough considering steaks are their signature dish and to charge $5 extra for the sauce is totally exaggerated. Being a Saturday was pretty much the excuse and to top it all off no discount at all was given or offered and to add insult to injury there was a surcharge!

Four of us dined here last night and it was a very good experience. In comparison to some duds in Docklands, this place stands out.
We all had steak of different types & all were very tender, tasty and cooked to our liking. Sauces were good although at $5 each they had to be. Service was prompt.

Went there last night with 3 others, the staff were excellent and the atmosphere great! I love the lights! We ordered straight away as we all new our favourite picks from past experience. It took an hour for our meals to arrive which was disappointing as the restaurant was not busy. I had the black angus burger and it tasted fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant to all. It's worth the price as your tastebuds will get every cent out of it!
