In the cultural melting pot of Sydney's western suburbs, good restaurants are a dime a dozen, and this Thai/Lao fusion eatery is about as good as it gets. Recently renovated, the setting within is now a sleek affair with modern fixtures, funky furnishings and tasteful artwork hung on the walls, this alone sets it apart from many local eateries but it really is the food that makes this restaurant a real standout.
The menu reads like a tour of South-East Asia, with Thai dishes sitting alongside those of Laos and Vietnam. The duck and seafood dishes are definite standouts, featuring fresh, plump ingredients in delicate sauces topped with garden fresh herbs and sprinklings of fried garlic.
