Everyone knows about the fantastic coffee served here, but not everyone knows about the fresh and healthy food that goes along with it.
The baristas at Star certainly know their stuff and if you've experienced one of their creations then you'll know the coffee deserves its place among Toowoomba's best; however, one taste of the pumpkin salad with roast capsicum, braised shallots, baby spinach and grilled haloumi should be enough to convince you the food is worth the trip alone.
