The pet project of a couple in marketing and publicity, St Malo doesn't immediately sound like a bastion of the long lost art of baking. However, once you find out about the family ties to Bondi's Organic Republic (or taste the product for yourself) you'll realise these guys are the real deal. Seek this one out for stone baked artisan breads and the self-proclaimed best millefeuille in Sydney.
