Offering friendly service and moderately priced meals, this contemporary pub bistro is a nice change of pace from the usual diners to be found in the heart of the city.
The menu retains that wallet-friendly feel to it, despite adding some finer touches to the usual staples of pub fare. The chicken parma gets a revamp with some roasted eggplant, while the mundane bowl of wedges gets a decadent makeover with melted cheese, bacon and sour-cream. It's either an Aussie version of Canadian poutine or a heart attack waiting to happen, but either way it reels the crowds in.
