Saint Ali is named for the Sufi mystic and so-called patron saint of coffee, Ali ibn Umar al-Shadhili. He is said to have kicked off the world's fascination with coffee - which should give you a fair clue as to this cafe's obsession. St Ali is first and foremost a coffee wholesaler, but part of their huge warehouse space is dedicated to sharing the caffeinated love with the general public. Here, diners can tuck into quick and healthy cafe comfort foods like breakfast staples and New York deli-style reuben sandwiches. The Mediterranean theme is continued with a range of gourmet pizzas available right into the night, and it's here where you'll find some of the best treats on the menu.
