Is there such a thing as healthy fish and chips? If you ask the people at Squid Lips, a much-loved seafood institution in Dunsborough, they'd tell you a big fat yes (or maybe a skinny yes, for the purposes of health). Serving the southwest folk and their frequent visitors fish and chips to write home about, Squid Lips proves to be much more than your average seafood joint. These guys use fresh local seafood, cooking the fish in 100 percent cold-filtered rice bran oil, and promising zero cholesterol, preservatives or genetic modification. You can get a classic fish and chips, a market-priced local fish in lemon pepper or Cajun spices, a salt and pepper or chilli squid, a chorizo burger or even a fresh nori (vegetarian sushi) rolls from the sushi bar.
