Friendly staff ensure the ambience is anything but stuffy, and the stunning setting offers views over the putting green and 10th tee best enjoyed from the terrace under the shade of a generously-sized umbrella. And should rain call off play, you can always retreat to the comfy lounge area. The focus at Sprig is very much on light, casual dining, with a versatile menu supplemented by daily specials. Cellarmaster Phil Franzone has paid just as much attention to sourcing interesting and best value wines - even the house wine is exclusively blended and bottled for The Cut.
