Relatively new to the Cronulla scene, this vibrant and lively tapas restaurant has plenty of character and knows how to have fun. The tapas menu is not strictly Spanish but spans across the Mediterranean to include some of the Middle East and surrounds. There's a surprising Asian flavour to a few of the dishes, such as the scallops with ginger and shallot sauce, tea-smoked Atlantic salmon with lime and soy dipping sauce and san choy bow in zucchini boats. A cocktail or two from the classic, summer-inclined list or a jug of sangria or Pimms should be the perfect accompaniment.
