On the marina, behind Hillary's Yacht Club, is Spinnakers - a great little restaurant with a great big view. Just be careful not to spend the whole time staring at the boats bobbing on the water; the modern Australian menu is not to be missed. Chef Phil Dignam heads the kitchen, offering fresh and diverse dishes such as the confit duck, the prawn fettuccine, and the warm Moroccan chicken salad. Dine in the glass atrium or simply sit outside, breathe in the salty air and enjoy a coffee made by one of the experienced baristas.
