First-timers at Spinifex would do well to sample a range of freshly-chucked oysters from the impressive range. Traditionalists can go for natural or Kilpatrick; while those after something new might be swayed to try the Japanese-style with pickled ginger, cucumber and soy dressing. After that you can continue the seafood feast with some Western Australian black mussels in a provencale sauce finished with grilled chorizo or move onto one of Spinifex's mouth-watering sirloins with your choice of topping.
