The phrase "all you can eat" generally means a low-budget affair, characterised by as much of what passes for food in as you can before the inevitable food hangover kicks in. Not so with Spigolo. Here, instead of trading quality for quantity, you get both in ample measure.
The owners have realised the crucial point, which is that you cannot do Italian food better than the Italians, and so have shipped everything over from the motherland. From pizza oven to wait staff and chefs, everything at Spigolo is as authentic as a rustic trattoria in Naples. The only difference is that here there is no crippling euro dollar to ruin your fun.
