What do you get when you mix Indian and Chinese cuisine? A flurry of fusion flavours traced back to a Chinese community from Calcutta (or by its Indian name, Kolkata). Offering well-known and less familiar dishes, Spicy Dragon brings Carnegie diners into the loop with its palate-cleansing selection of mild and spicy taste sensations, from Manchurian chicken to Cantonese chow mein to burra kabab (tender spring lamb cutlets). The decor is simple and warm, with small and large tables suited to intimate and lively occasions alike.
