Boasting one chef for each of the two major styles of cuisine found in India, this bright and spacious restaurant has more claim than most to true authenticity. Chef Hardip Singh handles the northern Indian side of the menu producing spectacular naans, butter chickens and tandoor curries while chef Naveen Gowda covers the southern Indian dishes, such as vada and expertly prepared dosas. Served on a bed of saffron rice, the lamb mughlai biryani is a standout from the traditional menu of classic dishes.
