There are countless restaurants out there that claim to serve up "authentic" recipes of whatever cuisine they're plugging. Unfortunately there are few out there that can match the authenticity on show at this unassuming Parramatta eatery.
Spice 'n' Ice specialises in northern Indian cooking so expect to see plenty of tandoori, korma and the ever-popular butter chicken on the menu. A light sprinkling of southern Indian dishes will keep sub-continental aficionados on their toes but this is a restaurant for everyone to enjoy, from dahl novices to vindaloo pros.
