Students at the Southbank Institute of Hospitality run this fine dining restaurant on campus, preparing and cooking the food themselves as well as providing all the front of house staff and taking care of the smooth running of service day and night. Considering you're being cooked for by some of the finest chefs of tomorrow, this place is incredible value, with modern Australian dishes at reasonable prices individually and two- and three-course set menus available.
The menu changes seasonally and is full of fresh, local, seasonal produce. With service as good as any fine diner in the city, it's evident the quality of the training these young hopefuls are receiving is excellent, so it's no wonder some of Brisbane's best talent comes out of these doors.
