Indeed, Solo Pasta & Pizza has wooed many a local and visitor with its fresh pasta offerings (various spaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni, gnocchi and ravioli dishes abound), and its traditional and gourmet pizzas (which include everything from hot Italian sausage and garlic prawns to vegetarian and gluten-free options). The Tassie touch at Solo comes from friendly service and the inclusion of local produce, like freshly shucked Bruny Island oysters.
