Fine coffee, fine wine and fine food - what more could you ask of a Newtown cafe/wine bar? Located outside the Newtown Central complex, Sole Espresso adds a touch of sophisticated European soul to distinguish itself from the cluster of cool cafes in the area. During the day, coffee, brekkie and lunch hounds vie for a spot at one of the few tables inside and outside, while some are equally content with takeaway. From Thursday to Saturday nights, Sole transforms from espresso bar and cafe into a funky little wine bar, offering an extensive range of vinos to go with the Italian and French light bites (also called spuntini, Italian for "snacks").
