If you think American cuisine consists of a scary-looking clown selling processed burgers, you're missing the point entirely. Enter Soda Rock, a funky little slice of Americana right in your backyard. The key difference here is that this diner doesn't cut corners on quality ingredients or taste. The burgers (aside from being damn tasty) are 100 percent freshly ground beef, the buns and rolls are real bread and the seasoning has no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, additives or MSG. To continue your education in true American culture, wander down to Soda Rock and grab a chilli dog and a cherry coke while you peruse the selection on the authentic 1940s' Wurlitzer.
