Whether or not you're up to date with the slow food movement, you're still likely to be head over heels about this place. Rebelling against the fast-food nation we live in, this place subscribes to the "slow" philosophy of food: slow cooking; local and seasonal; organic and biodynamic; and whole animal.
As well as playing an active role in sustainable food sources, healthier eating habits and generally bettering the planet, chef Ron O'Bryan also manages to make his menu come alive with the flavour of seasonal fresh food. Look out for some of the truly inspiring things he manages to do with the humble garden vegetable.
