Restaurant Information
Siyia
Situated along a groovy eat street, Siyia offers seriously good coffee and some champion Cypriot delights. Punters boast that the omelettes are truly world-class, with ingredients such as haloumi, tomatoes and mint. For something familiar yet different, Siyia's take on a bacon and egg sanger (nicknamed Sparky's panini) is refreshing, with a filling of fried egg, bacon and kasseri (sheep's milk cheese). In fact, for those not keen on a sambo, the bacon and eggs here can be ordered with many different accompaniments, but for a truly Mediterranean kick add haloumi, fetta or the aformentioned kasseri cheese.
