A newcomer to Parramatta's dining precinct, this is modern fusion Thai food at its best. Tired and standard westernised dishes are given a miss here in favour of more innovative alternatives, and though favourites like panang and masaman curries do feature, they're done authentically. The menu features popular dishes like yum pla tod (barramundi fillet tossed in lemon chilli dressing, green apple, red onion, mint and shallots, sprinkled with cashew nuts) and yum ped (grilled roasted duck with lemongrass, kaffir lime, coriander leaves and chilli jam and coconut milk dressing.)
